For 25 years Sondra operated a commercial and residential landscape construction company. Passionate about advocacy, the move to real estate was a natural fit. As a contractor, she often educated consumers to spot and avoid unethical practices. As a Realtor®, she has a reputation for tenaciously protecting her clients’ best interests.

Sondra excels at applying her expertise and market knowledge to successfully guiding buyers, sellers and investors in their real estate transactions. Her specific areas of expertise include first time homebuyers, new construction, relocation, 55+ housing, and investment properties.

Her 25+ years as a successful business owner has shaped her into an effective communicator and negotiator, trusted community resource, and customer focused professional. In her spare time, Sondra enjoys writing and has published several books. When not working with buyers and sellers, Sondra is a fierce advocate for abused and neglected children. Volunteering as a Guilford County Guardian ad Litem, she is a powerful and respected voice for youth in foster care. 

 Tomesha provides a wealth of knowledge bringing 18 years of experience in the real estate industry. With proven track records in mortgage, finance, insurance, and currently serving the needs of clients as a Triad’s Best Realtor®; persistence and dedication have awarded Tomesha  the expertise to directly impact client’s financial success for today and throughout the years.
